What areas do you serve?

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Koyle’s holds an Idaho Public Works Contractor license (unlimited) and a Construction Management license, and we’re locally owned, bonded, insured, and financially stable with no long-term debt.
What types of projects do you take on?
Commercial, agricultural, industrial, public-works, and residential construction — from steel buildings, concrete, and metal buildings to offices, banks, medical facilities, remodels, and custom homes. We handle much of the work in-house.

Yes — for commercial, agricultural, industrial, and larger construction projects. Tell us about your project through the form above or call (208) 678-2846, and an owner will review it.
What does “self-perform” mean, and why does it matter?
It means our own crews do the core work — excavation, concrete, framing, steel erection, finish carpentry, and roofing — rather than subbing it all out. That keeps cost, schedule, and quality in our hands.
What are your office hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re closed Saturday and Sunday.
